* If you have had surgery, been injured or are currently pregnant, we require you to register for the Intro Private sessions before signing up for small group sessions. This allows our instructors the opportunity to evaluate your needs and introduce any modifications that would facilitate moving safely into small group sessions.
This multi-level Pilates reformer based class is designed to focus on alignment, core strength, flexibility, stability, and balance. The class will include any combination of work on the Reformer, Springboard, EXO Chair, Arc, MOTR, and other smaller Pilates props. The focus on core strength/stability is emphasized in all elements of this 50-minute class. 8 person capacity.
This multi-level Pilates reformer based class is designed to get the heart rate up with cardio bursts (condition) & toning work (strength). This class will include any combination of the Reformer, Springboard, EXO Chair, Arc, MOTR, and additional smaller Pilates props. This total body workout with focus on core strength and control in all elements of this 50-minute class. 8 person capacity.
For all classes we supply mats but please feel free to bring your own if you prefer. Be sure to bring your towel, water & arrive before class start time. Doors will open 15 minutes prior to start time. No late entry. The door will be locked when class is in session. Please remember to silence your phones upon arrival. There is a 12 hour cancellation policy for all group classes.
This multi-level Pilates reformer based class incorporates the Jumpboard on the Allegro 2 Reformers for low impact cardiovascular work to build endurance. It's a total body workout with a focus on core strength and control in all elements of this 50-minute class. 8 person capacity.
