CORE Strength:

This all levels Pilates based class is designed to focus on alignment, core strength, flexibility, stability, and balance.  The class will include any combination of work on the Reformer, Springboard, EXO Chair, Arc, MOTR, and other smaller Pilates props. The focus on core strength/stability is emphasized in all elements of this 45 minute class. 6 person capacity.

CORE Circuits

This intermediate/advanced style class requires familiarity with the pilates apparatus. It will build core strength, balance, mobility & stability.  You will be guided through a variety of circuits or stations.  The stations will include equipment such as Pilates reformer, EXO chair, spring wall, arc & MOTR as well as mat work for a well rounded workout.  Bring a small towel & be ready to sweat! 10 person class capacity.

CORE Intervals:

This all levels Pilates based class is designed to get the heart rate up with cardio bursts (condition) & toning work (strength). This class will include any combination of the Reformer, Springboard, EXO Chair, Arc, MOTR, and additional smaller Pilates props. This total body workout with focus on core strength and control in all elements of this 45 minute class. 6 person capacity.

CORE Focus:

This all-level outdoors Pilates-based class is designed to focus on alignment, core strength, flexibility, stability, and balance. The class will include any combination of work on the Arc, MOTR, Chair, and Foam Roller - as well as mat work with smaller props. The focus on core strength/stability (and fun!) is emphasized in all elements of this 45 minute class.

CORE Fundamentals:

Whether you are new to Pilates or wanting to deepen your practice, this small group session will focus on the fundamentals of Pilates.  This class will include any combination of Springboard, Reformer, Arc, Foam Roller, and smaller props to strengthen your core and improve your balance while strengthening & lengthening during this 45 min full body workout. 6 person capacity.

For all classes we supply mats but please feel free to bring your own if you prefer. Be sure to bring your towel, water & arrive before class start time. Doors will open 15 minutes prior to start time. No late entry. The door will be locked when class is in session. Please remember to silence your phones upon arrival. There is a 12 hour cancellation policy for all group classes.

Private: one student, one teacher

Duet: two students, one teacher

Private Group Session: 3 or more students

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for all private, duet & semi-private sessions.
