Small Group Sessions

CORE Strength:

This all levels Pilates based small group session is designed to focus on alignment, core strength, flexibility, stability & balance.  The class will include any combination of work on Springboard, Arc, MOTR, Foam Roller, Light Weights, Bands- as well as mat work with smaller props. The focus on core functional strength/stability is emphasized in all elements of this 40 minute class. Small Group Training (Max 10 students)


CORE Circuits

This all levels small group session will build core strength, balance, mobility & stability.  You will be guided through a variety of circuits or stations.  The stations will include equipment such as Pilates reformer, wunda chair, spring wall, arc & MOTR as well as mat work for a well rounded workout.  This class is a great way to utilize a variety of the Pilates apparatus.


CORE Intervals:

This challenging all levels Pilates based interval small group session is designed to get the heart rate up with cardio bursts (condition) & functional toning work (strength).  Workouts include any combination of Springboard (Tower), Arc, Bands, MOTR, Foam Roller & Light Weights -total body workout with focus on the core in all elements of the 45 minute workout. Small Group Training (10 students max)


CORE Fundamentals:

Whether you are new to Pilates or wanting to deepen your practice, this small group session will focus on the fundamentals of Pilates.  Workout will include any combo of Springboard, Arc & Foam Roller or smaller props to strengthen your core & improve your balance while strengthening & lengthening- 45 min full body workout. Small Group Training (10 students max)


Find A Class



For all classes we supply mats but please feel free to bring your own if you prefer. Be sure to bring your towel, water & arrive before class start time. Doors will open 15 minutes prior to start time. No late entry. The door will be locked when class is in session. Please remember to silence your phones upon arrival. There is a 12 hour cancellation policy for all group classes.
