Classes

CORE Strength:

This all levels Pilates based class is designed to focus on alignment, core strength, flexibility, stability & balance.  The class will include any combination of work on Springboard, Arc, MOTR, Foam Roller, Light Weights, Bands- as well as mat work with smaller props. The focus on core functional strength/stability is emphasized in all elements of this 50 minute class. Small Group Training (Max 10 students)

 CORE Vinyasa Flow:

Challenge, strength and stretch - you'll find it all in this practice! We link the postures with the breath to create flow and mindfulness in motion. Set to music, this class is a mixture of flowing yoga postures, dynamic movement and strength work, followed by a yummy stretch and relaxation. Be prepared to sweat!

Yoga classes limited to 15 

CORE Intervals:

This challenging all levels Pilates based interval training class is designed to get the heart rate up with cardio bursts (condition) & functional toning work (strength).  Workouts include any combination of Springboard (Tower), Arc, Bands, MOTR, Foam Roller & Light Weights -total body workout with focus on the core in all elements of the 50 minute workout. Small Group Training (10 students max)

CORE Circuits

This all levels class will build core strength, balance, mobility & stability.  You will be guided through a variety of circuits or stations.  The stations will include equipment such as Pilates reformer, wunda chair, spring wall, arc & MOTR as well as mat work for a well rounded workout.  This class is a great way to utilize a variety of the Pilates apparatus.

CORE Fundamentals:

Whether you are new to Pilates or wanting to deepen your practice, this class will focus on the fundamentals of Pilates.  Workout will include any combo of Springboard, Arc & Foam Roller or smaller props to strengthen your core & improve your balance while strengthening & lengthening- 50 min full body workout. Small Group Training (10 students max)

Semi Private Reformer

This 50 minute Semi Private Reformer class (5 max) offers a smaller sized group class working on the Pilates Reformer. This is a great class to maximize Reformer time while also allowing more individualized instruction from the teacher. We also offer a Semi Private Core Cardio class that gets the heart rate up while utilizing the jumpboard & gliders. 

Classes

 

For all classes we do supply mats but please feel free to bring your own if you prefer. Be sure to bring your towel, water & arrive before class start time. Doors will open 15 minutes prior to start time. No late entry. The door will be locked when class is in session. Please remember to silence your phones upon arrival. There is a 12 hour cancellation policy for all group classes.

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for all private, duet & semi-private sessions.
